Foxglove
I'm somewhat of a haphazard gardener. I really like wildflowers and the wildflower patch look. I'm also very cheap. I spread wildflower seeds a couple of years ago and my little patch has been reseeding itself since. Amusing to me, is the fact that the flowers that I identify change from year to year. Apparently this foxglove has existed as I did not add any new seeds this year and have no other foxglove in my yard. I guess that the monster sunflowers of past years covered up this beauty. While I really like the sunflowers of past years, I am enjoying the variety without the sunflowers.

beautiful! I tried the wildflower seed route, as I have a huge bed to fill n didn't want to put all the time n money to do it "manicured"-ish but none of them took, perhaps there is an art to haphazard gardening that I just dont have lol
