For the first time ever, Isabele slept 7 hrs through the night. She went to bed at 7 and woke up at 10PM. It took her an hour of crying and me laying her down every 5-10 minutes to get back to sleep, but then she slept from 11P to 6A. I've decided that I am not going to nurse Isabele except at bedtime and first thing in the morning (if I need it).
After getting up at 6AM today and only a 25 minute nap yesterday, Isabele only made it to 12:15PM. She almost fell asleep on my lap after eating lunch and was out in only a couple minutes of me patting her.
Maybe she's getting it figured out.
Little tid-bits from the daily hum-drum of life ... snippets that would otherwise most likely be forgotten.
Yeah Isabele. Please oh please keep up the great work for you Mommy. She deserves it!!

ReplyDeleteI posted my comment before but didn't realize that Luke was signed in so I deleted it. Anyway just going to say YAY FOR SLEEP! Alan was 14 months before he really slept all night and boy was I ready. Hopefully this is a start of full nights for everyone!
